**How long is wait time for shipping?

USPS within Guam (1-3 business days)

USPS to US & Canada (5-10 business days) 

There may be some shipping delays due to COVID-19.

We will charge a reshipping & processing fee of $6.95 for any mail that is returned to us. Please verify that your shipping address is correct to avoid this. 

**Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent by email. Pls. ensure that your email provided to us is correct to avoid discrepancies.

**Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You may select CURBSIDE PICKUP during checkout. (This option may not be available due to changes made with restrictions for COVID-19.)

**I did not receive my order. What should I do?

If you have received a tracking number from us, please contact your post office/ post man regarding your package or any type of mail insurance. Once the package has been shipped by us, USPS handles them from there. Since we can confirm that your order has been shipped out by us, the issue seems to be with the postal company delivering your order. For this reason, we kindly ask that you file a complaint to your local USPS. Unfortunately, once your box ships out from our facility, we have no control over the route the mail carrier takes to get your box to you.

**I received my order but it is damaged/tampered. What should I do?

Since we can confirm that your order has been shipped out by us, the issue seems to be with the postal company delivering your order.
